Why Windows Phone (WP8) will take Over Android

We all know, Nokia is supporting windows phone 8 big time and it's helping Nokia to capture some of the European phone market back, it's a slow process. Other phone makers like Samsung and HTC have some Windows phone based devices.

Windows Phone (WP8) is still way behind Android, iOS (iPhone) and Blackberry in market share but WP8 does have some cool features. I will my view in points.

1. Email: Android is nearly 7 year's old, but if i use samsung phone, i have Samsung's Email app, which works well, if i use LG Optimus G phone (LG made Nexus 4) , it's email app does not show new emails coming to phone. Why cant they all have normal Email app.
On the other hand if i use Windows Mobile, the email app is great, i can see new email coming, i can swipe left or right to view unread emails. You can easily have multiple email addresses

2. Keyboard: On Android, i really like swype keyboard, but now days swype has different versions for different manufacturers and they all work differently. I am not criticising it, but windows phone keyboard is just works, for a normal user if i make a mistake and double tab on a word, it will show me available words and swype does not have that option. Some android keyboards are good some are strange.

3. Widgets: Android has widgets, some fit to a screen size some dont, it seems like a mess. Windows tiles are really helpful, right now, you can have multiple images for your Pictures and contacts tile and just marker of new message on message, email or other tiles. But i can see in future Windows will allow more descriptive information on those tiles that will beat all those widgets on Android

There are some other differences which i will write in future post. Why i say windows will take over android is because windows phone 7 and 8 are new OS and they are up to the standard. Microsoft just need more apps.
